("Pipeum", "we" or "our") provides a B2B e-sourcing platform (web application/platform) that facilitates web-based and secure business-to-business purchasing activities, negotiations, and communications between buyer companies (Buyers) and suppliers (Suppliers). All content presented on this website, including graphics, images, logos, software, trademarks, videos, text, and animations, is the property of Pipeum. While other companies' logos and product pictures may be displayed on this website for illustrative purposes only, the original copyright owners retain all rights to their respective logos and pictures.
1.2 Pipeum name and logo is the trademark of Pipeum only. These trademarks & logo may not be used in any manner. You may not copy, reproduce, republished, use, adapt, modify and alter these contents of this website without the permission of Pipeum. You must not use any contact information and e-mail addresses which may be found on this web site to send any unsolicited commercial information.
1.3 Pipeum provides its Services (as defined below or in an ancillary agreement) to you (“you” or “your”) which are exclusively governed by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). By accepting this Agreement, by accessing or using the Services, or clicking through on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, have the authority to, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. The terms of your Order shall not modify this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of your customer, business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to this Agreement, in which case the terms “you” or “your” shall also refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Services.
1.4 We may change or revise this Agreement at our discretion. If any change or revision to this Agreement is not acceptable to you, your only remedy is to stop using the Services and send a cancellation email to support@pipeum.com. If you do not agree to the amended Website Conditions, you have the right to close your Account and/or cease using the Services. Otherwise, you will be bound by the changed or revised terms. You can review the most current version of this Agreement at any time here or by logging into your account on the Pipeum platform.
1.5 The Platform includes Product display and its information, Stock Inventory, Mega Projects, Industrial updates, Webinars Marketing, Project Procurement (“e-Auction/Online Negotiation”) and Logistic (Partner) Service Providers.
1.6 The Buyer and Suppliers agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Any employees that provide information to Pipeum under these Terms must have the authority to represent the Buyer or Suppliers.
2. Definitions or Glossary
In this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply unless the context does not permit such application:
2.1 "Account" means a registered account of a Registered User opened under the Pipeum Platform.
2.2 "Agreement" means the agreement formed by these Website Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2.3 Buyer" means the person or legal entity identified in the Order as the purchaser of the Products.
2.4 "Computer" means your computer, notebook computer, personal digital assistant, mobile phone or other electronic device used to access the Piepum Platform or the Services.
2.5 "Content" means technical information, standards and data, specifications, Product listings and descriptions, materials, information, video, pictures, graphics, blogs, webcasts, messages, comments, suggestions, ideas and other content.
2.6 "Information". The phrase "Information" includes all data, information, documents, files, personally-identifying information, and software disclosed by one party to the other in connection with the Site or your Site Use.
2.7 Intellectual Property” means (whether registered or not), any trade marks, copyright, patents, proprietary information, design rights, and all other intellectual and industrial property rights, whether vested, future or contingent.
2.8 "Order" means an online order placed via the Pipeum platform by a Buyer with Pipeum for the Products in accordance with these Conditions.
2.9 "Pipeum" is defined in the opening paragraph of these Terms & Conditions.
2.10 "Pipeum Content" means all Content of Pipeum that is made available on or via the Pipeum Platform.
2.11 "Pipeum Platform" means Pipeum’s online portal containing the link to these Terms & Conditions.
2.12 "Privacy Policy" means Pipeum's privacy policy accessible at www.pipeum.com, as that policy may be updated or revised by Pipeum from time to time.
2.13 "Products" means products available for purchase at the Pipeum Platform. It means a product listed at the Pipeum portal, including third party products, for which Pipeum invites Orders in accordance with these Conditions.
2.14 "Registered User" means a registered member of the Pipeim Platform which shall include both buyers and sellers of Products.
2.15 References to “the website” or “portal” in these Terms and conditions are to this website and its contents.
2.16 “Supplier” means a third party supplier of a Product.
2.17 "Servers" means the computer software, systems and servers hosting, operating, managing, providing or contributing to the Pipeum Platform and the Services.
2.18 "Third Party Products" means products and services of third parties advertised on or available at the Pipeum Platform or websites linked from the Pipeum Platform.
2.19 "User Content" means all Content on the Pipeum Platform which is created, transmitted, posted or uploaded by a user of the Pipeum Platform.
2.20 The words “include” and “including” shall not be construed as having any limiting effect.
2.21 The headings in this Agreement do not have any legal effect nor shall they affect the construction of this Agreement in any way.
3. Data Use & Privacy
3.1 Please do not submit any personal information or data without first reading our Privacy Policy which explains our data use and privacy practices in detail.
3.2 You agree to comply with the Privacy Policy when using the Pipeum portal. You hereby acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and contents of the Privacy Policy, and consent to the Pipeum’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal data and other information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Registration
4.1 You must register for the Services. As part of the registration process, you will identify a user name and password for your account (“Account”). You may use the user name and password to create standard users (each with a user password). Your login is your email address. If you forget any of these details, please contact us or select “Forgot your password” on the login page. If you require further help, please contact us without undue delay.
4.2 By completing the registration process, subscribing to any of our email services, and/or using the Site or Services, you represent that you are 18 years old or older, are authorized to bind any legal entity that you represent, and agree to all of the terms in this Agreement.
4.3 Your subscription norm
As a subscriber, you will have access to Pipeum's digital content on any device. Please note that your subscription is personal and may not be shared with any other individual. To monitor and detect potential misuse, we will store information about how many devices are accessing our services with your login credentials.
4.4 Cancellation
All subscriptions are renewed unless notice is given. Cancellation is always required in writing by email. If a cancellation is received after the renewal date, a balance invoice will be payable for the period used. We reserve the right to terminate the subscription at any time due to lack of payment, allowing unauthorized use of platform, misuse of Pipeum services.
4.5 Copyright policy/use of editorial content
Pipeum content is under strict copyright and Pipeum holds exclusive rights to all material published in its channels. Any republication, redistribution or re-editing or other use of this material in any form, including by framing or similar means, or by electronic linking, is prohibited without the prior consent of Pipeum. Requests to reproduce any material should be addressed to the administrator at admin@pipeum.com.
5. Access to and Use of the Services – Your Obligations
5.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes. All rights, title and interest in and to the Services (including all intellectual property rights) will remain with and belong exclusively to Pipeum. You shall not (i) sublicense, transfer, assign, time share or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Services available to any third party; (ii) use the Services, products displayed and website content in any unlawful manner (including without limitation in violation of any data, privacy or export control laws) or in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services, or (iii) modify, adapt or hack the Services, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its related systems or networks. You shall comply with any codes of conduct, policies or other notices Pipeum provides you or publishes in connection with the Services, and you shall promptly notify Pipeum if you learn of a security breach related to the Services; (iv) not to use the account of another Registered User at any time, whether with or without his/her permission.
5.2 The information on this Site has been included in good faith for general informational purposes only. The information should not be relied upon for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness.
5.3 Except for any express warranties or undertakings given on the Site, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) in respect of the Site and the content of and your use of the website.
6. Pipeum Portal and Services
The Pipeum portal is owned and maintained by Pipeum.
Pipeum may offer one or more of the following services on or through the Pipeum portal (each a “Service” and collectively the “Services”):
Online ordering of Products
Online listing of Products
Access to Content
Reverse Auction tool / Online Negotiation tool / Project procurement
Any other features, content or applications that Pipeum may offer at the Pipeum portal from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
You acknowledge and agree that to order and/or list and sell Products and to access and use certain Services, you will be required to register as a Registered User.
From time to time Pipeum may run competitions, promotions and surveys at the Pipeum portal. These are subject to additional terms and conditions that will be made available at the time they are run.
Pipeum website does not accept online payment through payment gateway or payment links.
Pipeum does not request and take third-party Invoice payments. Nor acts as a guarantor in any form.
7. Reverse Auction / Online Negotiation / Project Procurement Software
7.1 Reverse Auction / Online Negotiation / Project Procurement software made available to you by Pipeum in connection with the Services (“Software”), including but not limited to the Pipeum platform, contains our proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and this Agreement. Pipeum hereby grants you a non-transferable, non-sub licensable and non-exclusive right and license (“License”) to use the object code of our Software provided that you shall not (and shall not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code or sell, assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any Content or right in our Software. You agree not to access the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Pipeum.
7.2 You are solely responsible for all data, information, feedback, suggestions, text, content and other materials that you upload, post, deliver, provide or otherwise transmit or store in connection with or relating to the Services (“Your Content”). For every email sent outside of your organization via the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Pipeum shall have the right to automatically add an identifying footer in accordance with our standard policies then in effect. You agree to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to Pipeum in promoting and advertising the Services.
7.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login, password, Your Content and account and for all activities that occur under your login or account.
7.4 You understand that the operation of the Services, including Your Content, may be unencrypted and involve (i) transmissions over various networks; (ii) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices and (iii) transmission to Pipeum’s third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate and maintain the Services. Accordingly, you acknowledge that you bear sole responsibility for adequate security, protection and backup of Your Content. Pipeum will have no liability to you for any unauthorized access or use of any of Your Content, or any corruption, deletion, destruction or loss of any of Your Content, and you will indemnify and hold Pipeum harmless for any claims, damages or liability related to Your Content.
7.5 Pipeum reserves the right to use your name and/or company name as a reference for marketing or promotional purposes on Pipeum’s website and in other communication with existing or potential Pipeum customers. To decline Pipeum this right you need to email support@pipeum.com stating that you do not wish to be used as a reference.
7.6 Pipeum is not the importer of record for products displayed at our platform. You understand that Pipeum does not inspect your products nor does Pipeum take responsibility for the business decisions that you make and implement through the Services. For example, Pipeum cannot control or ensure that a buyer or seller with whom you do business will remit payment for products in accordance with your agreement with them. For purposes of clarity, Pipeum is not the Merchant of Record for any of your products. Please note Pipeum website/platform does not accept online payment through payment gateway or payment links. Pipeum does not request and take third-party Invoice payments. Nor acts as a guarantor in any form.
7.7 You acknowledge and agree that Pipeum does not endorse or recommend, is not an agent, reseller or distributor of, and has no control over Third Party Products, and Pipeum hereby expressly disclaims all liabilities and responsibilities arising in relation to any Third Party Products whether available or advertised via the Pipeum Platform or on Linked Sites.
7.8 You agree that all statements, offers, information, opinions, materials, User Content, and Third Party Products, from other users and from advertisers and other third parties on the Pipeum portal should be used, accepted and relied upon only with care and discretion and at your own risk, and Pipeum shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or liability incurred by you arising from such use or reliance.
8. Your Data Rights
8.1 For purposes of this Agreement, “Your Data” means any and all information collected and/or stored by or on behalf of Pipeum in connection with your use of the Services, excluding data and information relating to the operation and/or performance of the Pipeum platform.
8.2 You hereby grant Pipeum the non-exclusive right and license to (i) copy, use, modify, distribute, display and disclose Your Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you pursuant to the Agreement, (ii) copy, modify and use Your Data in connection with internal operations and functions, including, but not limited to, operational analytics and reporting, financial reporting and analysis, audit functions and archival purposes.
9. Fraudulent Orders
IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FRAUD. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ALL FEES RELATED TO ORDERS WHETHER THE ORDER IS FRAUDULENT OR THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED OR NOT.
10. Use of Services
10.1 There are two service models. The models differ from each other as follows:
(a) On-Demand: Pipeum provides the Platform, general know-how on running events, event consultancy, operational event management and support services. Buyer requests a purchasing event management from Pipeum, Pipeum analyses the Event details, prepares a road map for the event and comes to an agreement with the buyer. Buyer decides all managerial issues like the event format, approved suppliers and competitive settings. Pipeum is acting as marketing consultant. Pipeum users prepare the event in the Platform with respect to Buyer’s decisions. In addition, Pipeum provides additional operational services as training of suppliers. All the final decisions will be given by the Buyer.
(b) Self-Service: Pipeum provides the Platform and support services. Pipeum creates buyer user accounts. Buyers decide the event details and manage the events by themselves. Pipeum will provide technical support to the users of the Platform via e-mail and phone calls.
10.2 In both on-demand and self-service models, buyer is the decision and policy maker. Pipeum acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for the communications, agreements and business between buyer and suppliers.
10.3 Both service models (separately/jointly) may be used with respect to buyer needs. The running of the events are outside the responsibilities of Pipeum. The buyer who created the event is responsible for the event. For any third party claims arising from the events, Pipeum will be indemnified by the buyer.
10.4 Buyer and Suppliers registers to the platform by filling the registration form on Pipeum corporate website (http://www.pipeum.com). They undertakes that they will write the correct details on the form and will keep them up to date.
10.5 The suppliers submit INFO and BIDS for the items, services or questions which is defined by the buyer in the platform. The buyer identifies the terms and conditions of the event and the suppliers who are participating the events agree that they can undertake these terms and conditions. The buyer accepts and undertakes that the statements written by the company official for the self-service use of the Pipeum platform will not be against the law, morality and ethical values.
10.6 Buyer reserves the rights to reopen, terminate or cancel the events. If any supplier wants to withdraw a BID or withdraw from the event, supplier should communicate with the buyer. Buyer has rights to cancel a BID or dismiss a supplier from an event.
10.7 Suppliers will be charged for use of the platform with respect to the service model and usage frequency. In general, on-demand pricing will be event based and self-service pricing will be based on monthly or yearly payments. Buyers will not be charged for registration or to participate to events.
10.8 The users of buyers and suppliers undertake to keep their personal username and password secure and confidential. It is strictly prohibited for log-in details to be shared within or external to an organisation and this may lead to significant risks to all parties. Any damages arising from the breach of confidentiality of login information will be compensated by the party that is responsible for that login information.
10.9 Pipeum is not responsible for the supplied items by the suppliers. Pipeum is not a party to any contract or commercial terms between buyer and suppliers. In addition, buyer undertakes supplier selection, validation and auditing.
10.10 Buyer will evaluate the BIDS based on price, performance and quality criteria. Buyer is not obliged to award the event to the supplier who has the lowest BID.
10.11 Pipeum reserves the right to update and change these terms from time to time without notice and at its sole discretion. The buyers and suppliers are obliged to check Pipeum corporate website (http://www.pipeum.com) for the changes.
10.12 We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the platform, but access to the platform may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time because of the nature of the Internet. Pipeum will announce scheduled maintenance periods. Pipeum will also have no liability in respect of any transmissions the Users send through Pipeum and the Users do so entirely at their own risk.
10.13 Whenever there is a dispute on the event time, the Pipeum server time will be the reference. The supplier should be aware of this and should place their bids according to Pipeum’s server time.
10.14 Buyer gives consent for that Pipeum may use all the relevant data from the activities of the buyer for marketing purposes. Confidential information will not be published by Pipeum.
11. Free Trial
11.1 Supplier can register for free trial period from Pipeum website. During the free trial period our supplier can access information of Mega Projects and Logistic Service Providers. Before the expiration of free trial period, suppliers can get contact with Pipeum sales team in order to purchase a subscription and continue to use the platform. Otherwise seller account will be expired at the end of the free trial period.
11.2 The data entered by the supplier during the free trial period will not be deleted from the platform. After expiration of free trial period, if supplier decides to purchase a subscription, the data entered in the free trial period will be accessible.
12. Support
12.1 Support will be given in the form of e-mail and phone by Pipeum support Team. This support will cover consultancy on the events for the on-demand users and be in the form of technical support for the self-service users.
12.2 Buyer and supplier users may always contact Pipeum Support Team in settling technical infrastructure and platform server problems arising during use of the platform and may inform malfunctions. Pipeum shall render assistance service within working hours from 9.00am to 18.00pm at GMT+5 in case of all kinds of problems and errors.
12.3 Tutorials and guides will be provided to buyer and supplier users with respect to their service models and user roles.
12.4 Required customization and changes shall be evaluated separately, requests conducing significant changes in system shall be priced separately.
12.5 Buyer and supplier users will be informed in case of scheduled maintenance and updates of the platform.
13. Payments
When users utilize the Services, all charges for the Services and any additional fees payable to Pipeum will be invoiced to the user's registered billing address. Users agree to pay Pipeum the amount specified in accordance with this Agreement. If users dispute any charges, they must notify Pipeum within thirty (30) days of the invoice.
14. Liabilities
14.1 Parties accept and undertake that they shall fulfil the obligations set forth in this agreement in a whole and complete manner. Parties have a right to suspend their obligations in this Agreement or terminate this Agreement in case the failing party does not fulfil or not carry out its obligations.
14.2 Buyer and seller shall let only internal Users (“Internal User”) in his own business domain to enter and use the platform. Pipeum has the right to immediately dismiss natural person or legal entity that are not Internal User from the platform and to forbid them to use the platform. Registered users are responsible for keeping their accounts confidential and private and should not reveal these User Accounts to any third party. They are responsible for any statement issued and any act or neglect performed during the time in which user accounts are used. Pipeum is not in charge of any security breach about to occur because they not keeping the user accounts confidential. Users accepts that in case of a lost or theft in accounts or if they believes that privacy of user accounts is breached in any way or if they finds out that the platform is used or in case of a possibility for them to be used in an unauthorized way, they shall inform Pipeum immediately. Pipeum reserves its right to cancel user accounts with prior notification.
14.3 Buyers and sellers gives all permission and authority which are needed for services and activities under this Agreement to be carried out by Pipeum and admits that Pipeum shall make all necessary and appropriate decisions related to this purpose.
14.4 Buyers and suppliers accepts that they shall not upload any program/data to the platform (i) encroaching or breaching any third party’s rights including rights of any kind of intellectual property; (ii) including aspersion, insult or threat, contrary to morality and customs or illegal or (iii) viruses, “worms”, “Trojan” or having other harmful features. They accepts not to use the platform with illegal purposes or to realize this kind of purposes. Pipeum, at its sole discretion, reserves its right to cancel transactions contrary to these provisions and to delete and change event information contrary to these provisions.
15. Confidentiality
In order to protect Pipeum’s reputation, credibility, information property, and to maintain primary and supportive business activities with as little interruption as possible, our company Safety aims to

Raise the level of employees’ knowledge, awareness, and compliance with the safety requirements to the maximum,
Ensure full compliance with the agreements entered into with third parties,
Minimize the number of cases of violation of information safety, and turn them into learning opportunities,
Create, access to and save information in compliance with laws,
Implement the latest and the most effective security checks.
All Pipeum employees are required to support the achievement to these objectives.
16. Property Rights
16.1 All the related rights to the intellectual properties on the platform are belong to Pipeum. This agreement does not give any rights or licenses which are related to the intellectual rights except the rights that the Users have to use in accordance with nature of the service.
16.2 Pipeum is the owner of all property and disposition rights on Pipeum platform and Pipeum brands and neither provision in this Agreement grants to buyer and supplier the right of property or related rights and interests. Supplier is only granted a non-exclusive and limited right of access to the platform with the intention of internal using for purchasing activities and including the rights to use these and right valid during the term of this Agreement and non-assignable to others. Unless otherwise agreed, buyer cannot use the platform and PROMENA brands or any part of these and he cannot copy, duplicate, forward, expose, distribute, publish, cycle, change, create derivative work from these, he cannot give sub-license, convey, hand over, use for trading or inflict other similar acts.
16.3 Pipeum shall keep the copies of purchase Information, and under the seal of names of buyer and suppliers secrecy, shall use these information including copying, distribution, publishing of them and making derivative works from them with the aim of installation and operating of the platform and for Pipeum’s liabilities and responsibilities related to the services to be carried out and executed.
17. Force Majeure
Any delay or failure in the performance by either party hereunder shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of the party claiming Force Majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage terrorism, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes, other than those of Pipeum or its suppliers, that prevent Pipeum from furnishing the materials or equipment, and other like events that are beyond the reasonable anticipation and control of the party affected thereby, despite such party's reasonable efforts to prevent, avoid, delay, or mitigate the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which events or the effects thereof are not attributable to a party's failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
18. Termination of the Agreement
18.1 Buyers and suppliers may terminate this agreement when Pipeum make amendments to these terms. However, they may only use this right when the terms amended fundamentally. Non-fundamental changes shall not constitute ground for termination-without-breach.
18.2 Pipeum may terminate this agreement in the event that the supplier has failed to pay any fees within 15 days of the due date.
18.3 Pipeum may terminate any event immediately and ban users from using the platform when there is a breach of the terms.
18.4 Pipeum has rights to reject any registration or access to the platform and to temporarily or indefinitely suspend any registered user. In case of suspension without any justified reason, Pipeum shall refund the fee equalled to remaining time to expiry of the paid period.
18.5 Pipeum may modify, temporarily suspend or terminate the platform at any time without notice. Pipeum may from time to time modify the Services and add, change, or delete features of the Services in its sole discretion, without notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes to the Service constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
18.6 Pipeum may suspend user accounts at any time without notice should Pipeum believe their username and/or password information have been compromised.
18.7 The supplier has right to terminate this agreement as long as fees are fully paid.
18.8 On termination of these terms, the event and access to the platform will cease and all information belonging to the other party will be returned or destroyed. Adequate timescales and provision will be made for the returning of data.
19. Law and Jurisdiction
19.1 This website originates from the city of Hyderabad, India. This agreement will be governed by the law of the state of Telangana without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. These terms will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of India and each party agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
19.2 By using this website or ordering products, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this agreement. You hereby waive any right to trial by jury arising out of this agreement and any related documents.
19.3 Statute of limitation- you agree that regardless of any statue or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the website or products or this agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
20. Others
20.1 Any change to these terms comes into effect immediately. If the platform is used after the change, this will be considered as an indication of the buyer will to be bound by the new terms.
20.2 Suppliers cannot assign or transfer any rights or duties without written approval of Pipeum.
20.3 Registered users agrees that the addresses given when registering are the permanent address and any change will be notified to Pipeum, immediately. Otherwise, any notification to this address will be effective.
20.4 No failure or delay by either party to this Agreement in exercising any right, power or privilege under this Agreement shall be deemed as a waiver thereof, and no single or partial exercise thereof shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege. No waiver of any term, provision or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed to be or construed as a further or continuous waiver of such term, provision or condition.
20.5 The Agreement includes the whole agreement reached by the parties and replaces all former written and verbal agreements made between the parties with respect to the Subject Matter of this Agreement.
20.6 If one or several provisions of the Agreement are void or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions respectively the Agreement at large shall remain unaffected. The same shall apply in case this Agreement is incomplete. The clause deemed as void or unenforceable shall be replaced with the closest one to it in terms of meaning and aim.
20.7 Pipeum shall have no responsibility for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any information from this Site.
