This policy applies to all users of the Pipeum website and platform, including buyers, suppliers, webinar participants, and job applicants.

Contact & business details: name, job title, company name, business email, phone number, business address

Account information: username, password (stored securely), profile and company profile data

Transactional data: RFQs, bids, offers, invoices, order and delivery information

Webinar & event data: registrations, attendance, questions, recordings (where applicable)

Recruitment data: CVs, cover letters, application details

Communications: emails, messages, support requests and correspondence

Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, timestamps, referral source and logs

4.3 Special Categories of Personal Data

We do not intentionally process special categories of personal data (such as health data, biometric data, religious or political beliefs) unless you explicitly provide such data and consent, or where processing is permitted by applicable law.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

15. Webinars, Events & Recruitment

Webinar data is used to operate events and, with consent, for follow-up communications

Recruitment data is processed for hiring purposes and retained as outlined in Section 10

Pipeum engages trusted third-party service providers (“processors”) to support the operation and security of the platform, including services such as cloud hosting, email delivery, system monitoring, and data backup. These processors act solely on Pipeum’s instructions and are bound by contractual obligations to protect personal data and maintain confidentiality.

17. Business Transfers
